A friendly reminder to those Firefox users. Firefox 2 was just released, and it hasn't gotten much press coverage, so those out of the know won't know about it. I use the browser currently, and from what little I've seen it's an excellent upgrade.
If you already have Firefox, then this download will be an upgrade. Otherwise, it's a full install.

FireFox v1.0 had one million downloads the first 24 hrs.
FireFox v1.5 had 1.5 million downloads the first 24 hrs.
FireFox v2.0 had two million downloads the first 24 hrs.
Why don't they just skip right to v10, and have ten million downloads?
Oh, and Harlstar, FireFox is simply better and sexier than IE. I especially endorse tabbing, the shortcuts, and the hotkey settings and functions.

Yep - tabbing is the best.
But also the extensions are almost infinite. Some favourites that I use are ForecastFox, NoScripts, FasterFox and the good old Aussie dictionary spell check.
