Attempted this quest today with a party of 2. One level 2, one level 4. Finding the quest area was difficult due to obscure directions. When we entered we find none of the things the quest giver warned about. Nothing spawned, save for 2 enemies near the end of the quest area that were far too powerful for the level of the players involved. None of the quest specific items or other loot containers save for an empty barrel were found. Additionally, when taking the quest you acquire a blank journal entry about the warehouse quest and also a quest entry saying you've just started the Lights Below quest of the Mausoleum.

I've never even heard of this quest before :-(

Should probably be closed down until whoever was working on it gets a chance to finish it.

Good. I'm not crazy (the voices in my head disagree). I was going nuts trying to think what quest this was!

erm sure hes not talking about merchant boggs? Only quest i can think of that involves a warehouse and allows lvl 2 - 4 charecters.

Oh, come on. I know what this quest is, and I barely know anything about our quests!
