The Emporium will also perform the services of selling items for contract. This service requires a fee, as expected, but it is only 10% of the gold which we recieve for the object that we're selling.

The Emporium is seeking several people to aid in tasks:
(1) The most important one are treasure hunters. That's right, we wish people to bring us magical and strange loot that they find while exploring the areas around the city. All loot will be purchased, or sold at a contract. (2) Then we need loot contracters. Those who can find people who wish to buy, and organize contracts. This is a task for one person, but he or she shall be payed based on his effectiveness at it.
Remember, Citizens of Sanctuary, trade shall strengthen us. We need to be strong against those who oppose us from the outside. We all know the clear threats of the Drow, but with magical and strange items in your hand, they shall feel them in their gut before you are injured.
