1. The price you are willing to pay for the area, ethier lump total or rent 2. A current roster of members 3. An outline of your plans for the area 4. Short statement explaining why your group is best suited for the area

To whom it may concern,

On behalf of my Order, I hereby retract our application for the land instead we will join forces with the Stoutheart Clan to defend and watch over the area below the ruined stairway if they are given the land.

I believe the Stoutheart Clan and the Order of the Penitent Heart will achieve much more with the land together than alone and that it would be wise of the Watch to accept the Stoutheart Clan as protectors and caretakers of the land as you would have both the followers of the Morndinsamman and the Triad watching vigilantly over and defending the land from any threat that lurk below, below is the roster of my Order.
