Leaves an area "invisbility proof" for a long time. Is this a bug? The area is very large too. Could a radial graphic be added to denote it's area to make this spell a little more user friendly?

I've been a victim of this spell before. It's very disconcerting. What it does is if you're invisible and someone casts invisibility purge, it will not only remove invisibility but leave an affect on you such that every turn/caster level it will keep removing invis, so quaffing another invisibility will just get it purged the next turn. Great spell considering EfU PvP.

The spell has a duration, and I believe it is a spell with an area effect centered on the caster. Are you still getting invis purged after the caster leaves, or were you still in the vicinity of said caster?

I believe it's what makes the spell so deadly, and amazingly powerful. Intended effect of the spell.

The spell is working as intended.

The range is the same size as the Fear-aura of a Dragon, just FYI.
