Verisa and the sad Elemental

I had often thought that the elemental "allegedly" rampaging about in the cellar of the rather unpleasantly Azure blue Mushroom wasn't all that bad. It began with the shape of his head whilst the others hacked at it I had the misfortune to catch it a glancing blow which gave it a crack along it's head that made it look like a sad mouth. A moment later it had two larger cracks for eyes, not a bad job at all. The problem was the look was so sad i began to feel sorry for it.

Kaddaz finished it off and they all stood there congratulating each other on a job well done. All i saw was the round stone head at my feet smiling up at me sadly. A trick of the light or just the soft center i have sometimes? Sune directs my thoughts in some most unpleasant ways.

This week i need to:

I need to get Kyle to consider cutting his beard. How does one broach this subject? Having a beard and no hair makes him look like his head is on upside down!

Fire my valet, Sandy Leggs! Apparently the rogue has been over charging me! Drinks in the Inn do not cost 150 gold for 4 wines!

Buy a new white outfit. White has certain virginal qualities missing in sanctuary.

Buy Merien a nice outfit.

Sune grants me two new prayers that increase my beauty so much it outstrips any other in Sanctuary...

I found that three hours had gone by whilst under the influence of these prayers...mirrors are dangerous.

I must get a grip.

This week i need to:

Get my cook, Glendel fully versed in Sunite fashion and dictats Find my valet Pay them both Get Kyle to have his beard trimmed Teach Ruby to say "Fine" and not "Foine"

Silly girls aren't to be trusted....

Imagine my suprise....if you would be so bold for one minute, when i see my little and somewhat vacuous sister's face stanidng outside the Last Stand. Don't get me wrong it's wonderful to see her but oh how she has grown into everything Daddy would have wished for.

She's not unappealing to the eye and whilst pleasant of manner seems to not have evolved despite the exorbitant fees payed by daddy to send her to that ridiculous finishing school!

I am both pleased AND annoyed for her to be here her timing is very choice. I MUST speak to several of the Councillors, Hastian, Frum et al regarding my party and now i find I have to entrust it to her to organise.

Thank the gods my darling other half to be, Wyric, has got a firm and practical head on his shoulders or else all would be lost. I introduced her to Kyle and whilst there was some...erm..unpleasantness at first i feel they will soon be best of friends.

Oh and also..WHERE THE HELL DOES ONE BUY A WEDDING DRESS!
