I went over the basic steps to direct the kind of creature summoned for newcomers, that which involves a focus and a reagent, as well as demonstrated the reaction of conjurative sand to reagents. Mentioned but not displayed were summoning tomes. The summoning of a medium-sized ochre jelly was done first; afterwards our curiosity led us to observing the use of a Rakasha's eye. After taking proper precautions we found that at the Third Circle it called forth a Hell Hound. It was dismissed with no incident. We speculated as to its origin, doubting whether or not it was truly from one of the nine hells considering the reagent used. We also touched on Earth Elementals and their significance in golem construction.
