I am Teriah Kenthur, and I wish to report details about the murder of myself and my brother in the rock bottom, by Torthik.

Well, my brother, Justin, orginized a group to work for you guys, and defend the stair case. In that group there was that halfling and that guy, Torthik.

In middle of battle, the assasin went too deep and was killed, or so it seemed, by the undead... The halfling took the money and some of the items, from the assasin.

In the end, we could see Torthik moves, and gets up. when he was taking his stuff back, he noticed the missing coin, and gone mad. accusing, the halfing, he ran after him.

After they both got up the stairs, by running, it seems, someone told the gaurd we finished. i was still down the stairs. when i understood the gaurd wont let anyone back, i took the items for the assasins.

Now, I must say, it was heavy, I mean, really heavy. I took it through all the way up. When I get to the assasin, to give it back, I see him assults the halfling, and takes all the money the halfling has, including some items. If needed, I can identify him, as the assasin ripped the helmet from the poor halfling.

When he finished with him, he turned to me and my brother. Asking who had the rest of the stuff. Lucky him, I took it, and told him of it.

He was complete rude, and commanded me to give it. I asked him to speak nicely, as I did alot for him, and this all I ask. he took his axe of, explaining this is him nice.

I had no choice, but prepare my invisibilty potion. Then I started giving him the items. When I finished, he turned to the halfling, demanding his amulet. Moments later he rages at him again.

This time, my brother aid the halfling, and they bit the assasin down. And I went back, as I was ill. When he was unconcious, they left the body for a traveler.

That is all I remember, and I think someone, probably him, took some of my stuff.

A case file has been opened regarding the incident, we will add your testimony to the evidence. I am slightly confused though by your testimony. Exactly when did this orc attack you and your brother and how was he able to best you both? It is best if you meet with a member of the watch and explain what happened again, as the more detailed you can be, the more likely we are to catch the criminal.

It was a human, not an orc. And he was well prepared, from what I heard. I am no fighter, and was in no condition to fight at all.

I would like to meet and say what I can, though my memory at time near the murder is lost.
