I, Amilywen E'linen, hereby report two murders, commited by one human, known as Torthik. I saw him strike down the two brothers Kentur in the Rock Bottom Inn's common room. He was wearing a white armor with blue decorative markings and wielding a greataxe. I am willing to identify him, should he be caught for something else and will inform the guards if I see him.
