I write now to inquire as to the status of your decision regarding the temple of Hoar, and the Magistrate powers it is pursuing within Lower.

Understanding that you are busy men attempting to form a government from nearly nothing, I remind you that lawlessness has pervaded the lower wards for far too long already.

If you need to get together to discuss the proposal again, please reply to that effect. If it is merely a matter of voting, please get to the business of casting your votes.
