I came across your letter of interest concerning the Toboerskis as I was walking into town. I have taken it upon myself to inform you that our formers neighbors no longer exist. The Toboerski family is largely destroyed, and their retainers are killed or scattered. If you were inquiring in order to join what was once their ranks, that is no longer possible. If you are inquiring what happened concerning the recent downfall of this household, I would direct you to the Sanctuary Watch. They are likely the most knowledgeable on the matter. Whether or not they will divulge the information to you is unknown to me.
