We're being intentionally vague about a lot of the particulars and obligations of the faction, however let us know what your concept is and we will try to work something out.

NOTE when the server goes live, we will get back to players within 48 hours 90% of the time. However, since we're still in development -- it will take substantially longer. We just want a sense of what our player-base (such as it is) is interested in.

I wanted to clarify a little bit how this works.

Subraces:

If you have an amazing concept for a subrace (any subrace), send it to us. However, as a general rule of thumb we're trying to keep the total number of subraces down. As such, subraces will tend to be approved for people who have already played multiple non-approved race characters that have had satisfying resolutions.

Faction membership:

We're accepting applications for faction membership, because we're interested in new ideas especially at a stage where all the factions are being developed. Acceptance of an application should be considered OOC acceptance only: no one will actually have their character start in the faction in its very first day of existence. The opportunity for IC admittance into a faction will, however, shortly follow for those who have been OOC accepted.

Either way, we're still in the development of this server. Anyone who has sent in an application will be informed of the status of their application once we go live, until then there isn't much point in a rapid definitive response.

New Rules for Application Subraces and PrCs:

1) On acceptance and character creation, please PM TheBeggar with your account information, character name, and playtimes.

2) On finishing the character, send another PM to TheBeggar stating the above information in 1, and stating that you have died.

This is to help us know where everyone is and what is going on. With tracking, we can keep up with everyone, ensure factions are up to speed, and that we don't suddenly see fifty aasimar walking in the streets.

Just as a word of warning to you potential app writers out there --

We are not accepting Lycanthrope applications at this point in time, due to general bugs with them. This may change, with 1.69.
