Honorable members of the Watch,
On the behalf of my Order, I enquire about the possibility of renting the land below the Ruined Stairway which the Watch is currently offering.
We are the Order of the Penitent Heart, an Order dedicated to the godly triumvirate of the Triad; Tyr, Torm and Ilmater. We have begun, and intend to continue to spread our faith, combat evil, and aid the people of Sanctuary in any way we can.
The Order of the Penitent Heart will uphold the values of the Triad, provide as much aid to the beleaguered people of Sanctuary as we can, while maintaining a strong position on matters pertaining to faith; our goals are similar to the House of Light, though the House has failed due to their inability to accurately and quickly assess the dangers around them, and respond to the obvious threats against them. Our Order does not intend to make the same mistakes.
Today I toured the land below and aided Sergeant Moonfall to fight off the truly dangerous beasts which lurks there. I believe it would benefit Sanctuary if my Order is allowed to establish it's self there, as an outer defence for the city. We will use the area to establish our headquarters and we will work to improve the land, to protect it from any threats and we do not have any qualms about cooperating with the Watch.
