[Missive to Sergeant Moonfall]

Sergeant,

I wished to inform you formally that I am currently operating as the Acting Owner of the Toboerski Estate. Sir Dungal and I had prepared for the eventuality of an attempt upon either, or both of us. He had expressed that in the event of such a thing as occurred, he wished for myself to care for his Estate, and to put it to what use I believed best aided the City. The last known surviving Knight, Sir Baldev Cole, has full permission to be within the building and is acting as the current Caretaker.

I have no intentions of interfering with the investigation, and on the contrary wish to support in any way possible. I write to inform you that I would like to change the locks, as whoever currently has Councilor Toboerski, holds a key as well. I would be more than happy to provide the watch with a copy, or multiple copies, of the new Key, as well as anything else they require. Please let me know what that may be. ~Sir Alexander Archibald Councilor

Councillor,

I had expected a rogue knight to lay claim to the Estate, not yourself. I am gladdened to hear that not only do you hold it, but that you'll both provide us with access, and change the locks. The Watch would request a key during this time for investigations if you cannot make yourself available. I will be by later to begin looking around, hopefully you can make yourself available so we can look around.
