Baldev Cole, The Pissing Crone

Baldev,

I was happy to see your message left at the Toboerski Estate, as I have been looking for you for sometime. It was a pleasent surprise. I have discussed the estate with Alexander Archibald, who is considered the principal owner at the moment but is not looking to keep it for himself.

I would suggest that instead of trying to muscle your way in, you do as he suggested to me and find a purpose for the place that he might agree with. It is clear the Knights have some claim left, but I'd encourage diplomacy over any other ideas. We should talk, I'm staying at the mushroom if you need to meet me.

Lockwood,

It is my great pleasure to hear from you, and I would like to speak with you at your first freedom. I have spoken already with Sir Alexander, and made it clear that I do not intend to strong-arm my way into the estate. I am staying there, currently, but would be willing to move if requested to do so. The empty and open manor, however, suits me well. It is quiet, and the lights are dim. It hangs heavy with a history of strength.

Until our meeting,

Baldev Cole
