As Thane of the Stoutheart Clan, my concern rests with not only the kin under my command, but those inhabiting other residences in both Upper and Lower Sanctuary.

I would like to have a rough estimate of the numbers of both shield and gold dwarf peoples if that is possible.

Further, I would like to request from the Council the permission to hold prayer meetings in both Upper and Lower to accomadate the spiritual needs of my kinfolk.

Finally I would also like to advise the Council that I will be offering free medical care by virtue of the holy blessings granted me by the Mother Patroness of the dwarven peoples, Berronar Truesilver. If you have any suggestions as to how I might be able to maximize the number of folk that I am able to treat, I am certainly open to suggestions.

The exact number of dwarves within Sanctuary is unknown to me, but I would estimate the number at less than a hundred. No council permission is required to hold either prayer meetings or provide free healing, so long as the laws of Sanctuary are followed.
