Will it be remade? No.

Is it possible that at some point in the distant future the EfU team will begin a new project in NWN 2? Yes, it is possible.

Will this occur straight when it's released? Absolutely not.

Although who can say with the future, there's a strong feeling in the current DM team that NWN 2 will not be a better platform for persistent worlds for a long time (if ever).
