On behalf of the Lower Council, I would wish to inquire as to what is keeping you from opening your stall. As you may or not be aware, we are trying to encourage a rebirth of commerce in Lower Sanctuary, and your wares would be of great assistance. If you are having any problems, or have any concerns about opening a stall in Lower, I'd be happy to address them.

Well looks like someone negotiated with the Grunstubhles to open up a stall in Lower anyway, and I know I can't compete with their prices. It's a big investment to move beyond custom orders and prepare larger volume of metalwork. If you really want to see us get on our feet, a direct investment would do the job but I have a lot of concerns that we can make a profitable business in metal work with the duergar right there.

The duergar were brought in because there is such a high demand for metalwork in Lower Sanctuary. How much of an investment would you need to get started? Also, how much better would your wares be than the duergar's? I may be able to work something out, I'd just need to know the specifics.
