I wish for these hostilities between The Tiger Eyes and the Watch to come to an end. It will be no good for the town to keep them up. I have spoken to Private Rayas and he agrees. There must become a solution.

I suggest us to meet and discuss this on neutral ground. I would suggest the Blue Mushroom Inn as the place where we could meet.

The Tigereyes will be spending that time making Lower safer, preparing, and improving its defenses.

I then am hoping the hostilities are forgotten for the sake of this town. I also wish for co-operation if the need arises, and I hope it is not too much to wish for.

As to whatever is implied by "co-operation" -- the contract between the town of Sanctuary and the Tigereyes is unambiguous as to our obligations. Explaining the obvious to members of our decidedly corrupt Watch is not among the obligations; but then again, Tigereyes are accustomed going above and beyond.
