Today a tragedy has occured. Councilor Toboerski and I were speaking in the Entrance Hall of his Estate, when a cloaked, and helmed man struck from the shadows. The Councilor and I attempted to fight him off as best we could, however he overcame us using a variety of cowardly tactics, and dishonourable methods. I was lucky enough to escape his attack, but Councilor Toboerski was unfortunately not.

The whereabouts of Councilor Toboerski are currently unknown, but we must hope for the best.

Let it be known that a Five Thousand Coin Reward will be given to any citizen who successfully leads authorities, or a Council Member to the missing Councilor.
