I have pulled Ivandur's file a number of times to satisfy my own curiousity. The actual reports say very little, other then a trial log of his conviction for murder and then his later election as a councilor. As a councillor, he was the main force behind enacting the necromantic laws we continue to adhere to. I would copy the files for you, but I assure you it would be a waste of your time.

The spire is a dangerous place, and so are vampires. If you want to know more then that, you are going to have to be more specific, as our records on both go deep into the past.

Finally, for future referrence, it might be best to issue further file requests to me, as my comrades in arms are often less responsive and your letter went unnoticed until I came across it in an improper file.
