last night i went to the bank manager to get money for my charecter Kale but when i talked to him he acted like i had never opened an account. I wasent sure how much money he had had in account so it diddent bother me much and i simply opend anothe account and put 500 gold in however i came on this morning talked to the bank manager and once again he is asking me to open a new account and near as i can tell there hasent been a reset yet.

Peculiar. Has this been working for other people, or is everybody having this problem?

Also, ExileStrife, can you check the database to see if Kale's account exists there?

both my other charecters (Merle and Hogans) accounts seem to be working just fine so is it possible its a bug with my charecter?

Is your character's name "Kale"?

--because there is no "Kale" in the database at all.

I'm guessing the character name is "Kale Aldren." He does not appear to have a bank account at all. I actually had tested making an account with Strife last night, and I both deposited and withdrew funds, and the account still persists. I don't really know what the problem could be here untill it's attempted again.

I had put quite a bit in the bank.

Are your bank accounts simply gone, but you can create them, or can you not even create a new one?

Lucien Deauxfortes has a bank account. Krack Firebeard has a bank account.

yes there is a Kale Aldren charecter however there is also a Kale charecter (Kale being the one ive been using for the past month or so) also it keeps allowing me to create an account but when i leave and come back (after logging) it just goes back to the do you wish to create a new account message.

My only guess is that for some reason his character token is fubar, or maybe efusl user id isn't being stored for some reason.

Dilandau Kale, if you log in Kale, it would be peachy to catch someone like Arkov so that your character token is alright and the efusl id is there.

I don't know what else could be causing this.

my monk had the same problem, lost like 1000 from the old account, and now put there anothere 1100 (which is 880 now, cause of the 20%) i hope its not 0 =X cause my monk will have 110 from 2000 for no reason =(

The monk by the name of "Alsendt Goodman" has a bank account with a balance.

I doubt that any money has mysteriously dissapeared. It is more likely that money was withdrawn at some point and then forgotten about.

No, i recreated the balance, im not asking the money, and never did, im just saying it was erased in first place. I had a balance before but it asked me if I want to create a new one.

This should be fixed in v789.
