my dex bonus is considered at -4, at all time.

I do not know why-

except, i have -4 on ranged weapon, -4 ac, -4 reflex save. and all my skills who have dex as base, have -4 on them.

and.. my dexterity is displayed at 9. (took lesser restoration, didnt do a difference, so its not an issue of bad display of poison.)

-so I figure thats a bug!

I dont really mind... but id like to fix it.

Relog. You were likely netted by a spider, it's a fairly common to my knowledge Bioware bug.

I don't think there's much we can do about this one.
