Sorry for making a new thread, I'm pretty sure there exist several about this quest, from the Toboerski Knight at the mansion, I just cannot seem to find one that has not been locked.
When I turned in the goods at the Crone (Not tested anywhere else yet), when I got paid I only got the single option of telling Cyrus to take my goods elsewhere (notice: I already was paid, -and- already handed over the goods, I no longer had them and still told him to take them elsewhere.) So then he sort of tries to convince me to leave them there after all, and I only get the option to agree with it. I get paid again, even though I no longer had the goods anyway, and -then-, I only have the single sole option to tell him I did make my mind up once more, and would take my phantom goods, which he already should have anyway, somewhere else after all. I know this sounds complicated, but maybe a screenshot will clarify (Notice: Anything I am saying in this convo is the only dialog option I get, at least the parts where I tell him to take the food deliveries elsewhere.) Notice how I get paid twice:
