Agent Delgado, I have found alarming evidence of a practitioner of alchemy in the ruins that boarder the Sanctuary. What is worse is that there is a door inside this house that leads to a massive, carved out cave. The equipment that resides below if highly specialized, and is much more than is required for the casual hobbyist of potionry. For now, I have left the house mostly untouched, but I cannot vouch for the other members of the party I was with…

One of the members of the Watch seized a document of interest from the large bookcase in this hidden cave. He would not allow me to view it and said he would immediately hand it to Sheriff Eugene. I also was unable to convince Sheriff Eugene to allow me to view this document. There is a high chance that the document contains information that may be of interest to the Spellguard, so I would advise seeking out this article as soon as possible.

I plan to return to this building to apprehend as much equipment as I can afford. I have found a member of the Tigereyes that may be willing to assist. I could not exactly tell the last time the equipment was used, but there were a handful of tiny glowing embers beneath a brewing cauldron.

There is also something in the cave that I lack the understanding to explain. I would be willing to accompany you to this site so the Spellguard can have insight of this discovery.

I will accompany you to this place as soon as I can. Meanwhile, try to convince either this Tigereye or someone else to assist you with apprehending this equipment before it falls into the wrong hands. Do not move any of it until I have taken a look though, merely make sure you have the means to. If it should come to that, I will be able to reward those that assist you. I will notify you on where you should move these items hopefully when we meet.

I have again returned to this house while on an investigation of sorts and have stumbled accross what seems to be a copy of the document that was aquired by the Watch. I have made out most of what appears to be written in svirfneblin. The text contains records, and I will gladly hand this to the Spellguard next time we meet.

While investigating the ruins today I came upon a hidden laboratory which would fit your description. I'm afraid that the equipment there is much too old and decrepid to be of any use to me. Broaden your search and find me something useful.
