As a side note, what are you using to have the names show up like that, and why are my robes ACTUALLY black on your screen, when they are a crappy gray/blue for me? :(

By names I assume you mean portraits in dialog boxes, right?

Go to Game Options - Feedback Options and choose Full.

Your robes, I don't know. Are they supposed to be blackish?

I did use black dye because it was the darkest I could get it to look on my screen. I didn't know it was a solid black though. I'll look into that.

That's a graphics glitch with NWN. In certain lighting situations, your robe will look black/extremely dark regardless of what the actual color is. So don't beat your brains out too much trying to worry about it. It's only in certain instances that you get the uber dark cloak so it's a minor poo poo on Bioware's part.
