An elf was recently found guilty of endangering Sanctuary, he is infected with the plague. I'd suggest the Spellguard makes use of his corpse if they can although he did try to chew his own arm off at the end.

I will your information into consideration, but it will be treated as more of a last resort. The freshest samples possible are needed for this type of work -- using an infected corpse will introduce a multitude of unknown variables. Also, the fact that the man was willing to chew his own arm off leads me to believe he may have been mentally unstable, which is not a side affect that is so far commonly observed. To simply reitterate, the subject will be considered, but only when all other resources have been exausted.
