I am now Thane of the Stoutheart Clan, and I speak for them. We do wish to conquer this territory you have laid title to, and make it our own. I am not sure that we require the assistance of your House in clearing it from the beasts within, but we appreciate your offer.

Our ranks are a bit depleted in recent times, so it may indeed prove necessary to join forces. Nonetheless, we will freely aid you in the future as long you and your knights treat my Clansmen with respect and honor. I will inform you however, they take offense easily at perceived insults, and this may hinder our efforts if some of your command express a racist attitude towards my people.

We would be honored to occupy this complex once cleared, and to patrol the area of Dunwarren without. We will also keep watch on the Staircase that threatens to spew forth undead gnomes, and perhaps one day we will discover their source and destroy it.

I am quite pleased to enter what should be a mutually beneficial relationship with House Toeberski.

Its my desire to see Sanctuary grow more prosperous and powerful through the inclusion of new districts. I feel I have never treated your people with any lack of respect, although your previous Thane saw fit to insult the honor and integrity of my own beloved mother. I've never allowed myself to sink below such a level of integrity and for the sake of cooperation between the Stouts and my Knights have chosen not to allow the dishonor of one dwarf bear unjustly against all his clan.

I offer aid because I simply put maintain a large and ever growing collection of maps and information on the region you specify. Already the Knights have laid waste to a Chosen nursery not far from the site you specify and my men have already bled and died to make the area slightly more secure before your people can even step into the fray.

You will have my cooperation and aid at every step of the way, as your clan has always had.
