Two accounts of a horde of 'Suspicious Man' (aka the guy who sells tickets in the Portal to the Surface quest) spawning when containers linked to Persistant Storage have been opened.

Until it's up and running, I guess people shouldn't be opening chests known to be linked to Persistant Storage.

Not much else to be said here -- don't touch persistent chests until they're working!
