I forget the exact name of the quest, but it's the one where a gnome hires you to check out his cave in the Canal Ward for poison infestation.
When Kotenku and I completed this quest as a failure, it also concluded the quests "Drunken Hobgoblin" and "Cleaning Out Town Hall Storage".
