Recently I have noticed a new patron frequenting the Rock Bottom. He's an orcblood of the most disgusting nature. I am sure he hasn't escaped your attention. He's dressed in filthy rags, he's covered in sores, and the most fould odour accompanies him wherever he goes. Today he was sitting in the ground, by the couches, picking his sores and burping out his fetid gases! I am seriously disappointed that you allow this kind of people in your establishment. The quailty of your inn is plunging to the level of the Crone because of this. I hope you take the necessary measures to avoid this happening again, if you wish to keep your loyal customers visiting the Rock Bottom again. Otherwise, I shall move my residence and my spending to the Blue Mushroom.
