Having asked to my associates about your chapterhouse, We understood that you were greatly embarked and involved in the battle against the mindflayers or other mind corruptive beasts. We appreciate your effort in contacting us, and would appreciate sharing our efforts in the search for knowledge regarding these atrocities and the methods to counter their plans.

We are sure that a meeting to share our knowledge would be mutually beneficial, and we will gladly keep you inform of our development in that area of study.

We assume your organization is quite busy at the time, for there isnt a moment of peace in this constant struggle against these monsters. And so his ours, for our efforts in the cause are quite time-consuming.

In the meantime, we could certainly keep in touch through this system of letters.

Until then, if you could so kindly tell us more about the beasts living in this region, share your knowledge about them, and how the Syndicate would be beneficial to your organization.

As you probably noticed in my letter, we are not advocates of the policy of secrecy of information and knowledge hoarding. All the positive knowledge that we find through research must and will be communicated to everyone that could benefit from it.
