The Watch is requesting a report of what occured during and before the battle with Maalgor by Captain Baelister. Please include anything of importance, and any distinguishing items that Maalgor carried on him that may be important.

Captain Baelister, Guardian Halleck, Doomsayer Lakes, Harbinger Sloane, and myself set out on a mission, to handle a recently troublesome group of Ogres. We did so, efficiently, however when we were exiting the cave in which they had been, we were attacked.

Magical Darkness came over the area, which was itself resistant to dispelling magic. Maalgor was known to be the attacker, and as such we put up a resistance. He slayed Harbinger Sloane first, then wounded myself. Guardian Halleck aided me, and once I could stand, I rushed further into the cave, to aid Doomsayer Lakes, and Captain Baelister in their battle. I paralyzed Maalgor with a Spell, however his armour was very difficult to pierce. I paralyzed him again, once the spell had worn off, however he still proved very difficult to harm.

He then rushed after me, at which point I retreated, but was however stabbed in the back by the Beast.

The events after my own felling at the Beast's hands are as follows:

Guardian Halleck was the next to fall. He was slain, in his heroic efforts, by the Beast. After him, was Doomsayer Lakes. Maalgor attempted to flee, but Captain Baelister pursued him, keeping excellent pace. Eventually, the Beast doubled back towards the remains of myself, the Guardian, and the Doomsayer. It was here that he fell to the blade of Captain Baelister. Captain Baelister then saw all of our remains to a Temple, and paid for our return to this realm.

As for any items, if you look at the recent postings, he has the items of all of the victims of Maalgor, and is returning them, with proof of ownership. Along with such, I believe he is in possession of the corpse of the Craven, Maalgor.
