The Letters to the Spellguard, Watch and Society are as follows

Respected Organization,

As you have been made aware, the Council is asking for a comprehensive report, detailing various issues (Full Details Below). I simply wished to inform you that that first of these reports, is asked to be handed in to us, by Kythorn the 28th. I thank you for your cooperation, and assure you that these reports will go far, in aiding the city.

Enclosed is the exact wording, of the new measure.

"The Watch, Spellguard, Seekers and Society shall be subject to a mandatory report of their current major operations, updates on their numbers, and in what way they are spending their money. Anything else which is of importance is to be included in these reports, which may aid the Council in planning, and reacting to troubles which may arise.

The Watch is asked to keep the Council updated as to the largest criminal threats to the city and number of arrests since last report.

The Spellguard is asked to keep us abreast on the larger magical threats, how many wards they are currently maintaining, and the strength of the Animatronic Forces they maintain.

The Society shall be given the task of explaining to the Council what the dominant abberant threat of the area currently is, and what they are doing about it, while the Seekers will report on what moves they have made recently, what operations they are currently performing, and what maps they have made.

These reports will be sent to the Council every two weeks, written by one of the members of the respective Organizations, and signed off on by the Head of said Defense Organization. "

Arkov *Ivlysar Tal'en'qir prepares six pages of generally uninteresting material that briefly summarizes the most important details of the routine scouting activities of the rest of the roughly thirty members of the Seekers. It briefly mentions that the Seeker funds are being spent on ongoing repairs to the Hall, on scouting equipment and operations, and on overhead costs. It also mentions that long-range scouting operations near Traensyr have proven difficult recently due to increased military activity amongst the drow, but that Seeker Hayis and his team should be reporting back shortly from a several month expedition charted to evaluate the current situation in that region.

Additionally, the seekers have been providing active intelligence to the Watch and Civil Defense League pertaining to the evolving threats in lower. This gathered intelligence has proved costly and time consuming. Current Seeker Operations include providing with the Watch with intelligence information, as well as reports pertaining to threats posed to Sanctuary from creatures deep within the Underdark.

I have completed the report requested for the watch. It has been sent to Councilor Toboerski, with request that he supply you with what you need. Additionally, all our accounting information is available in the treasury office. If you have any questions regarding the report, feel free to forward them to me. Expect another report in two ten days time.

Your cooperation is very much appreciated. If only all members of Civil Defense Organizations had as much regard for our authority as you do, the City would likely be far better defended.
