[DM] Susan Micknimack of Micknimack Construction

Dearest Susan Micknimack,

Through my relationship with the good Councilor Bhast of Sanctuary, I have been informed of your business known as "Mincknimack Construction".

As you may already know, there has recently been a large influx of homeless children within the city. Most of them are currently staying within the cramped confines of the Archibald Estate, which is proving to be a health hazard. As such, it is my desire to have an Orphanage built to house these children and any future children that may arrive within our city.

I have already spoken with Herald Jafar of the location, which is a cave system located within Upper Sanctuary. You should speak with him if you want more information on that, and this letter I am writing to you is to request a price estimate for making this cave system suitable as an Orphanage.

Please understand Miss Micknimack that I am not a wealthy man, and much of the gold I have gathered has been from the kind hearts of many individuals. Also understand that this project is a work of charity, and that building this orphanage will gain your company a great deal of good will within the city. I am willing to pay whatever you request, I simply ask that you keep this in mind. The children desperately need a safe place in which to live, and loving people to care for their needs.

Please respond to this letter as soon as you can.

Respectfully signed, Sir Melrick, Knight of House Toboerski

Sir Melrick,

The total gold involved to refit a cave to make suitable as an orphanage would not be large, perhaps in the realm of ten thousand gold. It's simply a matter of getting Council Permission. When you have that permission, construction should take less than a day or two.
