Due to Watch and CDL training exercises, the Upper Gate will be closed for public usage beginning at approximately ((10 PM GMT)) tomorrow. These exercises will not take more then a few hours at most, and will be halted should there be a pressing need to use the gates. Citizens are advised not to plan travelling through the gate at this time. This is not a public event, so citizens are advised not to go up the staircase at all if at all possible.
