Decrease the price of the ironwood sheilds that Grizzabela sells. 8500 is a bit steep for weight reduction.

The steep price was due to the reduced arcane spell failure that such shields offered. Even a 5% reduction adds a huge amount to the price of an item. That has been removed, and the Ironwood shields now sell for reasonable prices.
