Grizz has no portrait. Very minor

I like to consider this a bug too:

If you head into the trog caves from the "lake" along the stone path, i.e. Not through the water tunnel near the inn portal, you transition into aggro distance of a troglodyte spawn. They dont wander so I know it's the spawn point, this seems potentially dangerous given the ammount of low levels around to transition Onto.

I think this is the North path entrance.

Had another right near the water entrance from the north too.

Are you sure? I just checked, and it looks like she does.

Was with her a few mins ago, appears black to me.

It should be the "sea hag" portrait, "po_seahag_". Are other people having this problem as well?

She has her portrait with me.

Me too.

Sea Hag portrait was mildly bugged for awhile. Its something on Fish's end most likely. It doesn't always show up, and I have no idea why.

Alright i'll have a meddle here and see what happens
