Councillor,
Congratulations on your victory. Given your new position, consider this your invitation to join in and partake of a committee I have put together, known as the Sanctuary Defence Council. The purpose is simple. It is a circle of correspondence intended to increase communication and coordination among all the organizations responsible for the defence of the city.
At most, two representatives of each major organization in the city sit on the Defence Council, with the exception of the Council, whereby all members are permitted to have a seat. Until this election passed, every Councillor had taken the opportunity to hold a seat, but with the loss of Councillors Kayragh and Shane, two seats are now open.
If you are interested in joining in with this endeavour, return a reply to me at the Watch House, expressing your interest, and I'll see to it that the necessary information reaches you, and that you may join the discussions.
The primary aim currently is to bolster the defences of the city, and to prioritize the threats to the city, that they may be appropriately dealt with.
