Mr. Ginfaluin, I am afraid that at this time my superiors have decided against taking part in the adoption process. My apologies. Were I in any other position, I would take part in it myself, but I have a responsibility to obey the wishes of the chain of command.

I will seek out viable candidates for parentage and forward them to you and House Archibald.
