This is Private Erin Larche of the Sanctuary Watch. This letter is to request an immediate curfew for any and all children within the city. It is imperative that we make sure our children are protected from a threat currently operating inside the city.
Attached is the file I have begun on this killer, calling himself "Redeemer". Considering the nature of the attacks on the children, I believe they were killed one by one, rather than as a group. The almost "serial" tactics of the killer seem at first to be motivated by religion, as in taking the name Redeemer and blaming Thane Akevitt of the sin of greed, but a closer look at the first letter indicates no mention of a specific deity or practice beyond that of the Thane himself.
With this "serial" killer on the loose, it is only a matter of time before he strikes again. We may see another four children this day, or the next, as per the threat in the letter.
