Dear Councilmembers
Although this is likely to be of low priority considering the election, the lower revolt, and many other problems in the city lately, but today I found two citizen stones inside the rock bottom. I do not know how they came to be there or why. I am uncertain as to what needs to be done regarding these stones. If the clerks at city hall wish the stones to be returned to them, leave a note for me at the Rock bottom and I shall deleiver them personally.
